Financial Grants

We seek a diversified student body which brings to the school many different talents and experiences, from a variety of socioeconomic, religious and ethnic backgrounds. Visitation is committed to working with families to help provide a Visitation education for their children.

Visitation Financial Grants

Visitation grants are available to students in Kindergarten through grade 12. These grants are based on financial need determined by family financial assessment forms and the Financial Aid Committee at Visitation. Incomes of families receiving financial aid typically range from $15,000 - $150,000. In determining need, a number of factors are considered, including the following: household debt, medical expenses, number of children, number of children in private schools, number of families applying, the total need, and total dollar amount to be allocated.

All families must fill out a School and Student Service for Financial Aid Form, making them eligible for a Visitation grant. You can request the Financial Aid Form from the Admissions Office at (651) 683-1707. In addition, parents of 9-12 graders must also fill out a form from the Archdiocese (TADS), making them eligible for grants through the Annual Catholic Appeal Fund.*

Both financial grant forms can be obtained by contacting the Admissions Office after December 1st at 651-683-1707. The forms must be completed and received between January 1, 2008 and March 1, 2008.  In addition, you must submit the previous two years 1040's and W-2 forms to the Admissions Office.

* Kindergarten through Eighth graders are not eligible for funds from the Archdiocese.
