Welcome to American Literature and Composition            1 credit (year)
This course emphasizes the analysis of major literary works throughout the United States' history.Students write essays on American novels, plays short stories and poetry  as well as a research paper. Discussion, oral presentations, vocabulary, and composition skills are also critical components of this course.
