Course Description:
This course explores our understanding of who Jesus is as the heart of our identity as a Christian community and as people of faith. The class will study the life, ministry, message, and meaning of Jesus’ fulfillment of the new covenant, and how the early Christians continued Jesus’ mission to bring about the Kingdom of God.

Prayer and Reflection:
Teacher will lead prayer to model different forms and ideas for spiritual experiences and reflection. Then, students will have an opportunity to share their favorite prayer or create reflection experiences for the class. Prayer leaders are posted in the classroom and on the course calendar.
