Middle School Physical Education Curriculum
The goal of the Middle School Physical Education program is to assist students in developing and maintaining good health. Students meet every other day and are involved in a variety of sports and fitness activities including but not limited to, basketball, volleyball, tennis, hockey, lacrosse, yoga, aerobics, circuit training and Fitnessgram. Physical competence, health-related fitness, and cognitive understanding about physical activity are developed so that students will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.
