President Tim Blevins welcomes you to the 2010-11 school year.
On behalf of the Visitation Parents’ Association, I welcome to the 2010-2011 school year. Whether you are returning to Visitation or are new to the Vis community, we look forward to partnering with you to make this an outstanding year for our children. The purpose of the Parents’ Association is to support the mission and goals of the school by facilitating communication between the school and parents, creating meaningful connections among parents, teachers and students, and assisting in fundraising initiatives for the school. Parents’ Association meetings are held bi-monthly throughout the school year. The first meeting of the year will occur on September 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the Dining Room. Please join us. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn about some of the projects we are planning for this year.
Over the course of the next month, you will be invited to attend welcome events for your child(ren)’s class(es). These events are sponsored by the Parents’ Association and are a wonderful opportunity for you to form or renew friendships with other parents. If you would like to know more about your class welcome party you may contact your class representative; contact information can be found in the Student Directory or on this page.
