| Chinese course - I
The Chinese - I is intended for students who have had no previous or little exposure to the Chinese language. Students will begin to experience what it is like to be immersed in Chinese language and culture and using the everyday life Chinese language in the language classroom.
Students will begin to learn core vocabulary and Chinese sound system. Students will develop listening skills and respond to basic conversation. By the end of the year, students will be able to read and write Chinese characters, also to sing authentic Chinese songs and begin to develop cultural understanding.
