Thank you for your interest in visiting our school. Our college visit schedule for the 2026-2027 school year runs from Tuesday, September 8th to Wednesday, November 4th.  

To schedule a visit please go to the Naviance Counselor Community. Log in or create an account if you do not have one, search Visitation School (MN), then select the date and time that works best for you. 

KEY DETAILS

• For the 2026-2027 school year, college visit options at Visitation School can be either an in-person traditional visit (in-person is preferred) or virtual visit. 
• Mini College Fairs: Minneapolis is hosting the NACAC Conference the week of October 5th through October 10th. It will be a busy week so we encourage you to think about attending a mini college fair on either Monday, October 5th, Tuesday, October 6th, or Monday, October 12th. To register for a mini college fair, please go to the Naviance Counselor Community.
• If you attend a mini college fair, we will not be able to accommodate you for an individual high school visit.
• The 11:35 AM and 12:15 PM times are traditional high school visits (not lunchroom visits).
• All visits are scheduled to last 25 to 30 minutes.
• Lastly, we are a phone-free school between 8 AM and 3 PM so our students may not have the opportunity to scan a bar code during your visit. Thank you for your understanding.

MINI COLLEGE FAIRS 2026

• Monday, October 5th 
• Tuesday, October 6th 
• Monday, October 12th 

Schedule for the mini college fair(s):  

• 11:55 AM to 12:05 PM = set up.
• 12:05 PM to 12:50 PM = mini college fair.
• Space is limited to 20 colleges per fair.

NO VISIT DATES FALL 2026

Students and counselors will not be available on the following dates.

• September 10th and 11th 
• October: 1st, 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th 

DURING YOUR VISIT
2026 Parking Instructions: when arriving in person, please take a right at the first stop sign, then drive past the tennis courts, and park in either visitor parking or any open space. Proceed to the main entrance (under the awning) and check-in at Door #5 – the Heart. 

Our students and one of our college counselors will meet with you to learn as much as possible about your school's distinctive features, programs, admissions policies, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.

SPRING 2027

• Visitation does not host high school visits in the spring.
• Our annual Spring College Fair will be held on April 12th, 2027, at the Saint Thomas Academy and more information will be available after January 2027.
