Thank you for your interest in visiting our school. Our college visit schedule for the 2025-2026 school year runs from Monday, September 8th to Thursday, November 6th.  

To schedule a visit please go to the Naviance Counselor Community. Log in or create an account if you do not have one, search Visitation School (MN), then select the date and time that works best for you. 

KEY DETAILS

• For the 2025-2026 school year, college visit options at Visitation School can be either an in-person traditional visit or virtual visit (in-person is preferred). 
• Mini College Fairs: Please note, the weeks prior to and following the Twin Cities Partnership Fair and Minneapolis National College Fair can be extremely busy, so we encourage you to think about attending a mini college fair on either Thursday, October 2nd, or Monday, October 6th. To register for a mini college fair, please go to the Naviance Counselor Community. Log in or create an account if you do not have one, search Visitation School (MN) and click on college fairs. 
• If you attend a mini college fair, we will not be able to accommodate you for an individual high school visit.
• The 11:40 AM and 12:15 PM times are traditional high school visits (not lunchroom visits).
• All visits are scheduled to last 25 to 30 minutes.
• Lastly, we are a phone-free school between 8 AM and 3 PM so our students may not have the opportunity to scan a bar code during your visit. Thank you for your understanding.

We have limited flexibility in our visit schedule so if you have a conflict please call or email Brian Burgemeister at 651-683-1716 or bburgemeister@vischool.org.

DURING YOUR VISIT

2025 Parking Update: when arriving in person, please take a right at the first stop sign, then drive past the tennis courts, and park in either visitor parking or any open space. Proceed to the main entrance (under the awning) and check-in at Door #5 – the Heart. 

Our students and one of our college counselors will meet with you to learn as much as possible about your school's distinctive features, programs, admissions policies, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.

NO VISIT DATES FALL 2025

Students and counselors will not be available on the following dates.

• September 11th and 12th 
• October: 8th, 16th and 17th 

MINI COLLEGE FAIRS 2025

• Thursday, October 2nd 
• Monday, October 6th 

Schedule for the mini college fair(s):  

• 11:55 AM to 12:05 PM = set up.
• 12:05 PM to 12:50 PM = mini college fair.
• Space is limited to 20 colleges.

SPRING 2026

• Visitation does not host high school visits in the spring.

Our annual Spring College Fair will be held on April 16th, 2025, at the Academy of Holy Angels. More information will be available after January 2026.
