Visit Day Information: Join us on campus for a glimpse into life as a Visitation student! Start your morning with your parent(s) at the Upper School Information Session before meeting your student host at 9 a.m. You will spend the morning participating in two classes, assembly or homeroom, enjoy Vis lunch on us and receive a student-led tour of the campus! You will experience, first-hand, the amazing all-girl advantage and everything that makes Visitation special!

Visit Day Schedule:
8:15 a.m.: Student & Parent Q&A and refreshments with Administration.
9 a.m.: Students are met by their host to begin their visit!  
9-10 a.m.: Parent School Tour.
10 a.m.: Parents depart.
12:30 p.m.: Student pick up.

What to Wear: Jeans and a t-shirt, a skirt and sweater, yoga pants with a long top or any combination thereof are all welcome. You may want to wear athletic shoes as your schedule may include physical education class.

What to Bring: Lunch is provided. Cell phones are not allowed during the school day, but you are welcome to keep your phone in a purse or pocket.

Where and When to Enter: Enrollment staff will meet you at Door #1 (visitor entrance) at 8:15 a.m. Door #1 is located straight ahead on Visitation Drive at the first parking circle.

This is Your Day: We encourage you to come with an open mind and prepare to take part in the day. Don’t hesitate to ask your host a variety of questions. If they don’t know the answer, they will ask friends, teachers, or Enrollment personnel.

While you are on campus, you will end your day by visiting with Enrollment staff. This brief conversation will allow you to ask some final questions and give the Enrollment team a chance to get to know you better. You will be ready to be picked up at 12:30 p.m. at Door #1 (visitor entrance).

9 a.m.: Students are met by their host to begin their visit!

9 - 10 a.m.: Parents are invited to tour the school.

12:50 p.m.: Student pick up at Door #1.

You will spend the morning with the classroom teacher, a wealth of teaching specialists and new friends! Vis lunch is on us and you will end your day by going outdoors for recess. You will experience, first-hand, our amazing community and everything that makes Visitation special! 

Visit Day Schedule:
7:50 a.m.: Families arrive and students are escorted to the classroom.
8:00 a.m.: Parents meet with our Director of Lower School to learn more about Lower School programming and ask questions.
8:20 a.m.: Parent tours with the Enrollment team.
8:45 a.m.: Parents depart.
12:00 p.m.: Student pick up.

What to Bring: Lunch is provided. Please inform the Enrollment Office of any allergies we need to be aware of.

Where and When to Enter: Enrollment staff will meet visiting families at Door #1 (visitor entrance) at 7:50 a.m. Door #1 is located straight ahead on Visitation Drive to the first parking circle. Parents may choose to say goodbye to their child in the reception area or walk to the classroom with Enrollment staff.

What to Expect: Students can expect to have fun and learn a lot about our wonderful community. Your child will spend the morning with the grade level teacher as well as a number of specialists.

We encourage all students to arrive with an open mind and prepare to take part in the day. The teacher and students are looking forward to introducing your child to all that is wonderful about Visitation. Encourage your child to ask questions and be open to new experiences.

While on campus, visitors will end their day by visiting with Enrollment staff. This brief conversation will allow the Enrollment team to get to know your child better. Your child will be ready to be picked-up at 12:00 p.m. at Door #1.
