Captains practices are open to all Visitation students who are interested in joining the Cross Country entering grades 7-12.
Meet at Visitation outside the Athletic Entrance, door #7
August 4; 4:30-5:45 PM
August 5; 3:30-4:45 PM
August 6; 4:30-5:45 PM
August 7; 3:30-5:00 PM

PRACTICE
Practice Schedule
Mondays - Fridays, from 3:30 - 5:15p.m, with Saturday practices TBA. Report to the Athletic Foyer for each practice.
Adjustments will be communicated by the coaches.
