Captains Practices
Captains practices are open to all Visitation students who are interested in joining the Cross Country entering grades 7-12.
Meet at Visitation outside the Athletic Entrance, door #7
• June 17 | 7:00 - 8:00 am
• June 24 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• July 1 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• July 8 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• July 15 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• July 22 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• July 29 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• August 5 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• August 15 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
PRACTICE
Practice Schedule
Mondays - Fridays, from 3:30 - 5:15p.m, with Saturday practices TBA. Report to the Athletic Foyer for each practice.
Adjustments will be communicated by the coaches.
