Visitation Athletics summer training programs are designed to challenge high-level student-athletes and allow younger athletes to develop at the best pace for them. With the focus on both individual and team-building skills, these offerings set out to transform athletes and also be a lot of fun!

Visitation Athletics has a partnership with Training HAUS to offer strength, conditioning and agility training on our campus.

Training Haus Sports Performance Summer Training

Blazer Athletics, in partnership with Training HAUS, is offering summer sports performance training for all Vis students grades 5-12 in our newly updated Visitation Sports Performance Center. Training will be run by Kayla Russell, Visitation Sports Performance Coach. Vis training groups are available for grades 5-7 and grades 8-12.

Visitation Summer Sports Performance Program Details:

Training Schedule: June 5 – August 14 

Cost: $275

Dates & Times:

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 7 - 8:15 a.m. (7-12 grade All-Sport Training)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays:  8:15 - 9:30 a.m. (7-12 grade Volleyball and Basketball-Focused Training)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays:  9:45 - 11 a.m. (7-12 grade Soccer-Focused Training)
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday:  8 - 9 a.m. (7-12 grade Tennis, Golf-Focused Training)
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7 - 8 a.m. (7-12 grade Hockey and Lacrosse-Focused Training)
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. (5-8 grade All Sport Training)

Location: Visitation School Sports Performance Center

Blazer Volleyball

Coach Hamdi Labir Volleyball Camps

  • June 5 - 9, 4:30 - 6 p.m., grades 5-8
  • June 12 - 16, 4:30 - 6 p.m., grades 9-12
  • June 19 - June 23, 4:30 - 6 p.m., grades 5-8
  • July 10-14, 4:30 - 6 p.m., grades 9-12
  • July 17-21, 4:30 - 6 p.m., grades 5-12

BLAZER LACROSSE
Former Head Varsity Visitation Coach Laura Childs from Arete Lacrosse will lead Visitation’s summer training program on the Vis LAX field.  Contact Laura Childs with any questions.

Lacrosse Summer Training, Grades 7-12 

8 - 9:15 a.m., Mondays and Wednesdays on the following dates:

June 19, 21, 26, 28

July 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26

COST: $150 for all dates

BLAZER BASKETBALL

Vis Summer basketball training program begins Monday, June 12 and will now run on Mondays and Thursdays in Commers Gym from 6 to 8 p.m., June 12 - July 27, with no training the week of July 3.

Blazer Soccer

In partnership with Salvo Soccer Club, Visitation Soccer’s Upper School summer training program will be led by Dani Mendez at Visitation’s Soccer field for girls entering grades 7-12.

Schedule
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from June 12-July 28
8 - 9:30 a.m. No training week of 4th of July.
Visitation Soccer Field

The team trainings run immediately after soccer team performance training each morning.
