Visitation 2026-27 Extended Day registration is open. Both new and returning families seeking after school care will need to register.

Visitation’s Extended Day program seamlessly supports and extends the school day, providing a quality after-school experience for Visitation students in Montessori Pre-K through grade five. The program supports the mission and values inherent in a Visitation education by providing students with an environment that balances social, emotional, physical, and academic needs while taking into account children's personal strengths and interests.

• After School: The Extended Day program is open on school days from 2:45 to 6 p.m. Schedule options may include a set recurring schedule OR care on a “drop-in basis.” In order to use the program on a drop-in basis, students must be registered for Extended Day and arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Drop-in spots are not guaranteed and are granted on a space-available basis only. 
• No School Days: We provide full-day care on most no school days. On these days, the program opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. Registration for these days is required 10 days in advance. Days that do not have 7 or more students enrolled may be canceled, due to staffing and budgeting. Families will be notified at least 5 days in advance if a No School Long Day is canceled and will be closed.
• Pick Up Reminders: To help ensure a safe and efficient pick-up process, all families must sign in using the Raptor Visitor Management System before picking up their child. We encourage you to download the Raptor Safe app and use the QR code for quick and easy sign-in and out. Please note that only Montessori Pre-K families picking up Montessori Pre-K students only may use their entrance fob for access. If you are picking up children from any other grade level, including families with both Montessori Pre-K and older students, please enter through the Heart Doors (Door 5) and sign in using the Raptor system before pick-up
• The K-5 and Montessori Pre-K Extended Day program will be housed in separate rooms. The K-5 Extended Day program will be held in the Sisters’ Dining Room, down the hall past the school dining room. The Montessori Pre-K Extended Day program will be held in Rooms 12 and 13.
