STATE UPDATE:

Meryl Rosenberger continued her remarkable performance at State in front of an amazing student and fan section at the U where she defeated her opponent from St. Cloud Tech and advanced to the quarterfinal match, then lost in a battle against the #2 seed from Rochester Mayo. Congrats to the Tennis program for another strong season and to Meryl for being #StateBound!

Cross Country

STATE ALERT: Addie Stoick and Vivien Ogle qualify for the State CC meet!

The Cross Country team competed in the Section 3AA meet at Valleywood Golf Course where the Blazers finished in third place for the first time since they started competing in Section 3AA. Two student-athletes advanced to the State Meet!  Ninth graders, Addie Stoick and Vivien Ogle, qualified for the State meet with Addie running the 5K in 20:08 and finishing in fourteenth place overall, and Vivien running the 5K in 20:27 and finishing in 16th place overall.  The State meet is this Saturday, November 2, at the University of Minnesota and their race begins at 10 a.m. Go CC Blazers!

Volleyball

Section 3AAA Bracket

Our #1 seeded Blazer Volleyball propels to the Section Final with a definitive win over Mpls. S. in the Quarterfinal match and an exciting postseason-vindicating victory in the Semis vs. #4 DeLaSalle.  The team now faces CDH this Thursday, 10/31, at 6 p.m. in the Commers Gym in a showdown to go to State. All tickets are $9 cash and go to the section. Go Vball Blazers!

Swim/Dive

The Swim/Dive postseason begins with the Section Meet on November 6-8 at John Glenn Middle School. Swim Prelims are 11/6 at 6 p.m., Diving is 11/7 at 6:15 p.m. and Swim Finals are 11/8 at 6p.m. Go Swim/Dive Blazers!
