Visitation is thrilled to welcome two new head coaches for Tennis and Basketball.

Tennis

Please welcome Victoria Bravo as the new Head Tennis Coach at Visitation School. Coach Bravo brings more than 14 years of experience as a tennis professional and coach. She has worked with players of all ages and skill levels, led youth tennis programs, and most recently serves as a Tennis Pro at Life Time Fitness. She also has high school coaching experience as the Varsity assistant girls tennis coach at The Blake School. Throughout her career, Coach Bravo has been passionate about helping athletes find joy in their tennis experience.

We will also be hosting an opportunity for players and families to meet Coach Bravo before the season begins. Additional details, including the date and time, will be shared soon.

Please join me in giving Coach Bravo a warm Visitation welcome. We are excited for the future of Visitation Tennis under her leadership!

Basketball

Sam Dengerud has accepted the position of Head Basketball Coach at Visitation. Coach Dengerud brings coaching experience at the high school and AAU levels, having served with Minnesota Fury, Simley High School, Totino-Grace High School, and Benilde-St. Margaret's. Throughout the interview process, she impressed our hiring committee with her energy, authenticity, and vision of building the basketball program.

Coach Dengerud is currently finalizing the basketball program coaching staff, and those announcements will be shared once the staff is finalized.

Visitation basketball student-athletes and families are invited to meet Coach Dengerud on Thursday, August 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Athletic Foyer.
