Easter Blessings

“It is true in life, we must always be beginning anew. Be brave. Train yourself to courage and keep a light heart."  Saint Jane de Chantal

Dear Visitation School Community,

As we prepare to celebrate Easter, a time of profound renewal in our Catholic faith, I am reminded of the words of Saint Jane that urge us to embrace this renewal as a conscious choice in our lives. We are people of hope, grounded in the miracle of Easter and the resurrection of our Lord.

During this Easter Triduum, as we bask in the Spring's new life, I reflect on how we've guided our students and community to "Live Jesus" more fully throughout this Lenten season. Through daily prayer, Wednesday rosaries, Friday morning worship, Stations of the Cross, Reconciliation, and special Lenten prayer services and retreats, we've endeavored to draw closer to God and embrace the renewal that Easter offers.

The spirit of Easter's renewal permeates our campus, where the dull canvas of winter will soon be transformed into pastel hues and our students begin to radiate the energy of spring. And despite the uncooperative weather, spring sports and activities are underway.

The end of the school year is quickly upon us and I will treasure every moment. Take time to celebrate the great joy of Easter. Let the resurrection fill you with Hope and Promise.

Live Jesus!
