Blazer Highlight

Congrats to Nate Linscheid for being inducted into his high school's Hall of Fame this past weekend.  Coach Nate's alma mater, Fergus Falls High School, celebrated their 2024 inductees beginning with a moment or recognition at their home Football game on Friday night, followed by a ceremony and reception on Saturday. Fellow Fergus Falls Alum, Visitation Swim/Dive parent and Athletic Department Assistant, Lori Byrne, was on hand to present opening remarks and introduce Coach Nate at the ceremony.

Coach Nate was recognized as a distinguished alum for being a Fergus Falls Varsity Swimmer, who went on to compete at the collegiate level at St. Olaf College before embarking on a highly successful coaching career at Visitation. Coach Lincheid received the 2023 Coach of the Year Award from the National High School Athletic Coaches Association and has led Visitation's program to 10 consecutive and 14 overall State Championships.
