Happy Summer from Dr. Bigelow

A Message from Head of School, Dr. Jennifer Bigelow:

It is hard to believe it is already June. As we bring this school year to a close, I find myself filled with gratitude for the many moments that have defined our time together at Visitation.

This year has been marked by incredible accomplishments across our school community. Our students have excelled in the classroom, on stage, in service and in athletics. We are especially proud of our softball team and our track and field athletes for their outstanding performances that qualified them to compete at the state level.

This Sunday, we celebrate the class of 2026 at the Cathedral of Saint Paul. Our graduates are poised and ready to make a difference in this world. I can’t wait to see what they do next! This week, we also celebrated fifth-grade graduation and tonight, we will celebrate our eighth-grade graduates. We know our fifth and eighth-graders are prepared to move on to the next level of their academic careers.

Throughout this school year, we focused on the virtue of courage. Courage to grow, to lead, to try something new and to live our Catholic faith with intention. Time and again, I have witnessed our students rise to challenges, supported by faculty and staff who bring our Salesian mission to life each day.

Last week, we gathered as a community to celebrate the Feast of the Visitation, a beautiful reminder of the joyful encounter between Mary and Elizabeth. I invite you to enjoy the slideshow and witness the love and spirit of Visitation that permeates every corner of our school.

As summer begins, thank you for the partnership, trust and spirit you bring to Visitation. It is a gift to be part of this community. Have a wonderful summer!

Live + Jesus!
