A message from Director of Competitive Activities, Elisa Ryan Manny '99:

I am excited to announce the hire of Hamdi Labir as our new Head Varsity Volleyball Coach. Coach Labir started playing at the age of 11 for the city club in Morocco and his competitive career continued through high school, then in college at Hassan II University Mohammedia-Casablanca. His playing credentials also include competing on the Junior National Team at the age of 16 as well as in the 1st League in Morocco. His high school team won a National Championship and his college team won multiple City Championships. 

Prior to accepting the Head Varsity position at Vis, Coach Labir has been the JV Coach at Vis since 2017.  His most recent 2021 JV squad had one of the most successful seasons in program history, highlighted by a win over a strong Holy Angels team.

• June 20 - 24, 5 - 7 p.m., grades 9-12
• June 27 - July 1, 5-7 p.m., grades 5-8
• July 11-16, 5 - 7 p.m., grades 9-12
• July 18-22, 5-7 p.m., grades 5-12
