A message from Parents' Association President, Alona Rindal:
As you know, you ALL are a part of the Visitation Parents' Association (PA)! Our mission is to foster a sense of community by facilitating effective communications between the school's administration and the parents and by organizing and hosting activities that support and nurture the parent/guardian connections. To that end, we ask each of you to volunteer your time and talents to be able to fulfil the PA's mission through one of the following opportunities during 2025-26 school year:
Executive Committee positions (to learn more about the role, please contact Alona Rindal).
- President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Vice President of Lower School
- Vice President of Middle School
- Vice President of Upper School
- Event Volunteers' Coordinator
- STA/Visitation School Liaison
- Vis Dads Committee Leader
- Teacher Appreciation
- Sunshine Coordinator
Class Rep positions are needed, we need minimum two reps per grade (Montessori Pre-K and grades K-12) To learn more about the role, please contact your respective division VP):
- Montessori Pre-K- 5th grade: Please contact Holli Nesse.
- 6th - 8th grade: Please contact Lisa Povolny
- 9th - 12th grade: Please contact Jennel Eveslage-Ditzler
Are you ready for a chance to work with other parents to make a difference in strengthening Visitation parent community? Do you know someone who would be a great fit for one of these roles? Then follow these easy steps to become (or continue) as a class rep or an Executive Committee member:
- Nominate yourself or/and others
- Include why you are interested in the position (optional)
- All 2025-26 positions are open to current Class Reps and Exec Committee Members, as well as NEW parents! Current Reps and Committee Members need to re-apply!
Please complete the form to express interest in any of the Executive Committee or Class Rep positions for 2025-26 school year by May 1, 2025. There are many other general volunteer opportunities to sign up for on the form as well! Get involved and make a difference!
