Checking In When You Visit Visitation School

At Visitation, the safety and well-being of our students, faculty and staff are always a top priority. As we begin the school year, we want to share a quick reminder about our visitor check-in process.

If you are visiting beyond the Heart entrance, please sign in before entering the building. K–5 students should be walking independently into school each morning. If an adult needs to escort a child into the building, they will need to enter through the Heart and check in at the front desk using our Raptor Visitor Management System. For the safety of our students, no visitors or guests will be permitted into the building without a name tag and badge.

Visitation uses the Raptor Visitor Management System to help us keep track of who is in our building while maintaining a welcoming environment for our families and guests.

When you arrive to visit beyond the Heart entrance:

  • Please check in at the Heart vestibule and present a valid ID, such as a driver’s license.
  • If you do not have a U.S. government-issued ID, we can accept an alternative form of identification and manually enter your name.
  • Once approved, you will receive a visitor badge with your name, date and purpose of your visit.
  • Please remember to sign out when you leave.
  • To expedite the check-in process, consider downloading the Raptor Safe App: Apple Store or Google Play. Once registered, you will receive a dynamic QR code, allowing you to quickly scan for seamless check-in and check-out.

.These simple steps help us maintain awareness of who is in our building and support a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
