A message from the Salesian Studies Office:

As we honor and celebrate our Blessed Mother during the month of May, let us offer our hearts and prayers through the intercession of Mary:

Mary, Mother of God, we pray for all mothers, that they may follow your example to welcome new life despite fear, doubt, and uncertainty.  We pray in gratitude for our own mothers and all maternal figures in our lives. 

Mary, Queen of Peace, we pray for our world, that there may be an eternal end to violence, war, unrest, persecution, and racism.

Our Lady of the Visitation, we pray for our community at Visitation, that we, like Mary, can bring Christ’s love to those around us.

Mary, Disciple of Christ, we pray that by Mary’s faithful example we, too, can follow and live out the teachings of Jesus.

Mary, Queen of Heaven, we pray for all those who have died, that they may dwell in Christ’s abundant love eternally. 

Mary, Our Lady of Mercy, we entrust the intentions that we hold in the silence of our heart.
