Summer Sports Performance Training

Visitation School Athletics Sports Performance program has again partnered with Training HAUS to offer summer training sessions lead by trainer Kayla Russell.  

Coach Kayla designed programs for Upper and Middle School students and encourages teammates to register and train together. All sessions will take place in the Wollan Sports Performance Center.

The performance program runs June 10 - August 12, No sessions from July 1 - 5.

Tuesdays:

  • Session 1: 7 - 8:15 a.m. (Upper School, All Sports)
  • Session 2: 10 -11:15 a.m. (Middle School, All Sports)

Wednesdays:

  • Session 1: 8 - 9:15 a.m. (Upper School, All Sports)
  • Session 2: 9:15-10:30 a.m. (Soccer Specific)

Thursdays:

  • Session 1: 8 - 9:15 a.m. (Upper School, All Sports)
  • Session 2: 9:15-10:30 a.m. (Middle School, All Sports)

Fridays:

  • Session 1: 7 - 8:15 a.m. (Upper School, All Sports)
  • Session 2: 9 -10:15 a.m. (Soccer Specific)
  • Session 3: 10:15-11:30 a.m. (Middle School, All Sports)
