Vis Give Day is next Tuesday, October 8! As part of our VGD Student Challenge this year, teachers will be sending home special envelopes this Friday, October 4 and asking students to make a contribution (coins or otherwise). The size of the gift does not matter – it is all about being a part of this special day to support our school!  Students will return their envelopes on Tuesday, October 8. 

When students turn in an envelope, they will receive a paper heart and can write how they "Give from the Heart" – whether to family, friends, neighbors or Vis – and add it to a special Vis Give Day wall in the Heart.

The Lower School and Middle School classes that achieve the highest level of student participation will earn an ice cream day! If the Upper School achieves 100% participation, we’ll celebrate with shakes and toppings on a date TBD!

Parents will receive letters and emails in the coming days about making their gifts on Vis Give Day. Every gift matters - please give from the heart!
