Please note: campers not enrolled in full-week (5-day) camp will miss out on activities that build from day to day on days they are not present. This can be very disappointing for campers, so we strongly recommend five-day per week enrollment. We will do our best to provide alternative activities where a camper attends less than 5 days weekly.

Please read the following statements carefully. You will be asked to sign this statement, confirming that you and your camper agree to follow these expectations while attending Visitation Summer Solution.
In keeping with Visitation’s philosophy, Visitation Summer Solution will strive to inspire and nurture students who carry themselves in a manner that reflects a commitment to honesty, respect for others, and respect for self. Every effort will be made to work, support and provide intervention to students who make errors of judgment and find themselves in breach of good conduct.
Campers at Visitation Summer Solution are expected to show kindness and respect for their fellow campers as well as staff members. We strive to create a fun, enriching and positive camp experience. Summer Solution staff are not equipped to manage chronic or significant behavior issues. Visitation Summer Solution reserves the right to determine if any disciplinary actions are warranted for not following the guidelines stated above.

Registration, Payment and Cancellation Policies/ Procedures
Register online at visitation.net/summer. Payments may be made in full at registration, or participants may opt into a payment plan. The payment plan requires a deposit of 25% at registration with the remaining balance split between three additional payment dates ( March 16, April 15, May 15). After May 15, all registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. The deadline for schedule changes and cancellations is May 15, 2026; after that date, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance. Cancellations received before May 15, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per class/clinic/camp. All classes/clinics/camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Occasionally, we do not have enough students enrolled to fill a particular class/clinic/camp. Families will be notified in that event, and all payments will be refunded. The cancellation fee will be waived if Visitation must cancel a class/clinic/camp.
Illness Policies and Procedures
The summer program follows the school Illness exclusion/inclusion guidelines. More information can be found on the Visitation health office page . Due to the resources designated to each summer program, including faculty and staff training and teaching time, Visitation School Summer Programs do not offer refunds for missed days due to illness. If possible, the Summer Solution Coordinator will try to work with a family to transfer participants into classes later in the summer, when space permits. This is not a guaranteed transfer.
