Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Policies and Procedures
Register online at visitation.net/summer or cadets.com/camps. Payments may be made in full at the time of registration or participants may opt into a payment plan. The payment plan requires a deposit of 25% at the time of registration with the remaining balance split between three additional payment dates (March 1, April 1, and April 30, 2021). After April 30, 2021, all registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. The deadline for schedule changes and cancellations is May 15, 2021; after that date, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance. Cancellations received prior to May 15, 2021 will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per class/clinic/camp. All classes/clinics/camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. On occasion, we do not have enough students enrolled to fill a particular class/clinic/camp. Families will be notified, and all payments will be refunded in the event that we must cancel a class/clinic/camp. The $25 cancellation fee will be waived if Visitation or Saint Thomas must cancel a class/clinic/camp. We will also waive the cancellation fee and provide a refund if we have to cancel a class/clinic/camp due to COVID guideline/protocol changes.
Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
Increased health and safety policies and procedures will be in place for the 2021 summer programs including masking, social distancing, hand washing and increased sanitization of high-touch program materials. Health and safety policies and procedures are updated regularly as new guidance is released by the Minnesota Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control. Detailed information about current health and safety policies and procedures can be found at visitation.net and cadets.com. Please check back later this spring for program-specific information.
Illness Policies and Procedures
The summer program follows the school Illness Exclusion/Inclusion guidelines. More information can be found through the health office page at visitation.net and cadets.com. Due to the resources designated to each summer program, including faculty and staff planning and teaching time, Visitation and Saint Thomas Academy Summer Programs do not offer refunds for missed days due to illness or quarantine. However, on occasion we are able to transfer participants into classes later in the summer when space permits.
