2020 Visitation Summer Camp Registration Form
Our updated Summer Camp program will be offered from June 8-August 14 for students entering grades 1-6 in the fall of 2020. The program will be open from 7:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed July 3). The Summer Camp rate is $60 per day or $275 per full week. Space is very limited and spots will be granted using the following prioritized basis:

1. Full-time campers from Healthcare/Critical Sector families who attend Visitation  
2. Full-time campers who attend Visitation School
3. Full-time campers who attend any school
4. Part-time campers who attend Visitation School
5. Part-time campers who attend any school
*We will use date/time of registration as a “tie-breaker” if necessary

If you would like to sign up for the updated full-day program, please complete this survey detailing your preferred schedule by Wednesday, May 13. If we are able to accommodate your child, you will receive an acceptance email by May 15 which will include an updated account statement. All remaining payments will be due by June 5, 2020.
