Visitation 9th Grade Activities Interest Form

We are so glad that you would like to learn more about Visitation! To assist us in sharing helpful information with you and your daughter, we would love to gather your daughter's athletics and arts interests for the upcoming school year so we can invite you to events and share information that you might find of interest. We will also use your daughter's interests to match her with a student ambassador, should she be interested in connecting with a current Visitation student.

As you can see from our list of Upper School clubs, there are too many to list below. Clubs typically start after the first day of school, and students will have opportunities to learn about clubs during the first few weeks of school. If there is a club on the list that your daughter is very interested in, please include a note in the comment section below.
