Distinguished Alumna Award Nomination Form

We are currently accepting nominations for the Distinguished Alumna Award. The criteria that the Alumnae Association will use to select a recipient for the Distinguished Alumna Award are a continued connection to Visitation and outstanding accomplishments or service in one or more of the following areas: family, church, community, school and profession. Please outline the nominee's qualifications in the fields that apply and include a supporting narrative for the nomination, if you wish.

The deadline for nominations is June 1. The award will be presented during Reunion Weekend in September. If you have any questions, please contact Stephanie Johnson.
