School Year Forms & Information

FOR EACH STUDENT:

  1. View the division tabs for health information, athletics and registration.
  2. View the grade-level sections for information specific to certain grades.

If your child is new to Visitation, please contact his or her previous school to have the school release your child's previous year's final grades to us. In most cases, our application files contain only partial grades from the most recent school year; we do need the previous year's finalized grades in order to maintain and ensure the continuity of your child's permanent school file. Please mail all final grades to the Enrollment Office at Visitation.

Health, Athletics & Contact Information

We are excited to be launching a new online registration system to collect health, emergency, and athletic information for the 2018-19 school year. We ask that you read the instructions below carefully and complete these forms for your children attending Visitation Montessori through 12th grade by Sunday, July 15.

All families should have received this email. Please note we sent this email to one parent per family in order to prevent multiple registrations per student. If you are not the parent who is likely to complete the form for your child(ren), please forward it and, if you choose, let us know so that we can note this in our records.

Registration Instructions:
  1. Use this link to get to the registration portal: https://secure.infosnap.com/family/gosnap.aspx?action=14068&culture=en
THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS POWERSCHOOL GRADEBOOK. YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
  2. Go to "Create Account"
  3. Once you create an account you will be brought to page where you click REGISTRATION FORM 2018-2019
  4. Complete the registration form for child #1
  5. Once you click SUBMIT you will be brought to a page where you can click the BLUE REGISTRATION FORM 2018-2019 button to register other children and it will pre-populate with much of the information entered from child #1. If you have no additional children, you are finished!
***NOTE: If you have a child(ren) whose school used PowerSchool registration in the past you may notice their name(s) may appear when you create your new account. Please do not worry and just click on the BLUE REGISTRATION FORM 2018-2019 button to register your student as a Visitation student.
